Thank you for shopping with Loki's Shop Too. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products sold in our store are made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners, including Printify.

Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping

  • Production times may vary depending on the product type, print provider, and order volume

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.


2. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times begin after production is complete and vary by destination and carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Production)

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note:

  • These are estimates, not guarantees

  • Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type and size

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

  • Fulfillment partner rates

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately, as different products are fulfilled by different print partners.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


5. International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please be aware:

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country

  • Customs processing times may delay delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with your local post office or carrier

  2. Contact us within [7–14] days of the marked delivery date

We will work with the carrier and Printify to investigate the issue.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [7] days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Eligible issues will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.


8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds unless required by law.


9. Digital Products

If your store also sells digital products:

  • Digital items are delivered electronically

  • No physical shipping is required

  • No shipping fees apply
